Our Story
It started on a walking trail.
Yanali began during a season of change.
There was a walking trail I returned to often with my two dogs, a place where I found myself slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and discovering parts of myself I had perhaps forgotten along the way.
That place was Yanahli Park.
During those walks, I was learning to let go of what no longer felt aligned with the life I wanted to create. I was opening myself to new experiences, new perspectives, and the possibility of becoming someone I hadn’t yet imagined.
I began to understand that growth doesn’t always come from pushing harder or trying to control what happens next.
Sometimes, it comes from letting go.
From creating space.
From trusting that life has a way of moving us toward where we’re meant to be.
And somewhere along those trails, the idea for Yanali began to take shape.
The name Yanali was inspired by Yanahli, a name rooted in the Chickasaw language, meaning “to flow through.”
Those words stayed with me.
Because that was exactly what I was learning to do. To stop forcing, to trust the process, and to allow life to unfold in ways I couldn’t yet see.
I wanted the name to carry a piece of that place, and everything that season represented, into something that could become meaningful to others.
What began as my own journey of discovery slowly became a vision for something bigger.
A place where people could explore experiences that nurture their well-being, awaken their curiosity, and open the door to new possibilities.
A place to discover what brings them peace, what helps them let go, and what makes them feel truly alive.
I believe we all move through different seasons of life. Sometimes we seek stillness. Sometimes connection. Sometimes healing, inspiration, or simply something new.
And sometimes, one experience can open the door to something we never knew we needed.
Yanali wasn’t born in a boardroom. It began on a walking trail, in a season of becoming.
And now, what started as one person’s journey has become an invitation for others to begin their own.
To explore.
To connect.
To grow.
To discover what moves them.
